At Mulberrry, customer satisfaction is very important to us. As we specialize in freshly prepared bakery and brunch items, please review our refund policy carefully.

1. Perishable Items

Due to the nature of our products, all food items are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered or collected, except in the cases listed below.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

We will happily offer a refund or replacement if:

  • You received an incorrect item

  • Your order arrived damaged, spoiled, or not fresh

  • There was a preparation or packaging error on our side

3. Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the issue

  • Include your order number

Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible.

4. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order

  • Once preparation has started, cancellations are not possible
